Initiation

i. You approach us for software development with an idea. If required at this stage we sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA), following which you share the project requirement specifications or the idea with us.

ii. We refine these ideas and requirements with the client and break them down into Features and User Stories, then give a ball park estimate of time and cost. Taking into consideration any issues, and providing suggestions and recommendations.

Design

We go through the Features and User Stories visualising and storyboarding the application so everyone understands exactly how the final application will look and work.

Development

We prioritise the list of features with the client and put together a Release Schedule to deliver completed features. Our Project Management Methodology is guided by the principles established by Agile Software Development, UML and the use of related tools.

Construction begins and we work hard everyday to ensure that we are delivering great solutions according to our client timetables, meeting exactly what they want and with a budget they can afford. Features are developed, tested and demonstrated one by one until the application is complete.

Deployment

The application is uploaded to the iTunes App Store where it can be downloaded and installed onto any iPhone or iPod Touch.

Further Maintenance

Ongoing Maintenance, new features and updates can all be handled by Gedgers with ongoing service agreements.
